Back from Aussie!

Phew, back from Aussie. What a trip it has been. Will be posting some pictures soon.

Could have been a much more enjoyable trip had I went with the right company. An over-anxious aunty that is the epitome of 'kiasuism' and a father who seems to be putting up a show half of the time aren't really people you want to go on a holiday with. Yes.. I had my fun and sightseeing, but half the time I'm getting ticked off by their behavior
. Adult acting like kids! goodness. Forget it, I shadn't elaborate on it.. it'll never end. But I'm still fking pissed about him constantly bringing out issues on furthering my tertiary education in Melbourne each bloody time he sees and asian student.

Suprisingly, the most enjoyable times I had during the trip was the times I was alone. I could do whatever I liked whenever I want, eat anything I craved and not have to bother about whom should I give in to. It isn't the case that I like to be alone, but in such situation, myself would be the best company. If only I'd a friend or two along with me and this trip would have been splendid.
Better yet, maybe by the next time I go on vacation, I could get my girlfriend to go along with me.. there're so many occasions that I'd needed someone dear to share with. *sigh*

In any case, I will need someone to help me take decent photos too.. my parents just can't make the cut, a tripod would have taken better photos than them. Besides, half of the time they didn't seem too interested in anything except chinese food and the casino at Crown. Makes me wonder why the hell would they spend a few thousand to go overseas then... a 5 km journey to Downtown East could have well satisfy them.

Well, next to head to Melbourne would be Yh.. to study of course. I hope he could get used to the environment there. Probably he'll find a caucasian girl too. (The striptease bargirls just seem to dig any asian boy anyway) I wonder if I could see myself joining him. Not next yr definately.. but maybe in the near future to do my masters, or continue my 2nd year in Monash. The options are plentiful, RMIT which is somewhat affiliated to SIM has a campus in Melbourne city too. Ah.. time would only tell.

Meanwhile it's only 5 days to Christmas! I wonder what I would be doing on Xmas eve. No romance this year again it seems.
