A very green-eyed post.
Just ended the usual gaming session with Quek and Jit. And since it was a little 'early' to go to bed, I thought I'd surf thru some blogs first. Started with Yh, reminding him to bring back some peanut butter cups, which linked to Nigel, which linked to Li Lin, which linked and linked to a lot more AH friends.. everyone seem to be leading very different lifestyles, some of which I could probably just dream of.
Well, first off, Li Lin's in Northern America.. Canada or so, having some overseas attachment from SMU. Must be fun to take a overseas breather which is still under the school curriculum. 2 months of overseas living! Long enough for one to enjoy, yet not as long as the years I'll have to spend.
Some other AHians blogs drew my attention, 2 in particular. Kiat Peng's one (ooOoO)... and Joseph (yes, that dickhead, he's 10 cm taller than me, 10 cm of extra dick growth at the wrong end)..
For some reason, Joseph hasn't updated his blog for a while.. but from the recent entries, it seems he's pretty much a clubbing animal and is into GOTH as well. Interesting. Perhaps he'll burn his fingers playing with a gothic girl. o.O Just as vain as before I guess, posting about his fashion and hairstyles. Still, I wonder if I could ever lead such a lifestyle, hanging out with girls weekly at clubs. Cool huh? :D
Kiat Peng.. haha, the one-time belle of AH.. seems to have an inferiority complex regarding her below-average sized boobs. Nonetheless, she's enjoying a pretty nice life and a promising future. Still attached to Weiwei (my pri sch friend with a PSLE score of 288, highest for '85) .. and studying accountancy at SMU. I gotta mention that Weiwei's rather rich too, he drives an convertible and goes shopping at Fcuk/Topshop and buys $300 jeans for her. Wow.
Here's when my jealousy builds.. and yeah, sister emotions.. it always come together with regret, but I'll leave the whining out this time. But really, I envy what this couple has, and I'm sure there're a lot more ex-sch mates like that too. A stable relationship.. with both parties being rather good lookers, pursuing degrees from a reputable Uni, shop without much of a budget, go on holidays or overseas internship, being driven or having their own cars, etc etc. Ya know, it's like THE perfect life, or at least a great start to adulthood. Tho I get to sleep, eat and live well, and should consider myself fortunate already, they get to sleep better (with a partner?), eat better (dining lavishly at expensive restaurants) and basically, live the high life. I'm fine, but they're just 1 up, and I already feel inferior without having to meet them. Even their blogs are 1 better compared to mine.
Alright, enough of this rubbish. Hopefully I can make things work, return to Singapore in a few years time and lead my dream life too. Meanwhile, it's off to bed where I can literally dream about all that. ***zzz, yeah the pillow is my gf and the air con is Europe's temperate weather***
ah, 1 more thing. SMU. I hate that place.. good school and great girls that are both out of reach. Oh well, since the school rejected me, the girls probably do the same too. -.- SCrReeEWwYeEeewAssSssEMmmmYEeeW
